		<description>Wow Katy you have had quite the year, I thought I had a crazy year.  It makes me thankful for what I have.  I&#039;m glad that Eric is in remission!  

I can relate to your never ending vacation!  Since moving to the US I can&#039;t work - it could take up to 5 years before I am granted a working visa.  I understand what you mean by getting worried about gaps in the resume, that really freaked me out at first, and being asked constantly about my working situation lol :)  I&#039;m learning to embrace it though and enjoy my time - still working on launching my online shop to fill the time.  I can totally relate to feeling awkward and uncomfortable with those questions - if I tell people I can&#039;t work their next question is well do you have kids ... and when I say no to that, it&#039;s just silent....ah well! :)
