The trick to a fantastic spinach salad is toasted nuts, feta cheese, fresh fruit (spinach or blueberries are great) and plenty of good balsamic vinaigrette dressing.  No, I never said it would be healthy.  But it&#039;s delish - Enjoy!</description>
